14 - 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
15 - 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
16 - 1/2 cup guacamole or diced avocado

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange frozen fries on baking sheet or toss fresh-cut fries with vegetable oil and salt. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
02 - While fries bake, heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook 5 minutes until browned, breaking apart with spatula. Drain excess fat if needed.
03 - Stir in diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
04 - Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over beef mixture. Pour in water and stir thoroughly to combine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until sauce thickens nicely.

06 - Spread seasoned taco beef evenly over cheese layer. Top with remaining shredded cheeses.
07 - Return assembled platter to oven. Bake for 5-8 minutes until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
