01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the melted butter and buffalo hot sauce until thoroughly coated.
03 - In a separate bowl, mix the shredded coleslaw blend, ranch dressing, and chives. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
04 - Horizontally slice the slider buns. Arrange the bottom halves in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
05 - Evenly distribute the buffalo chicken mixture over the bottom bun halves. Optionally, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese.
06 - Top the chicken layer with the ranch slaw, then cover with the top halves of the slider buns.
07 - Brush the tops of the buns with the remaining melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
08 - Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 5–7 minutes, or until the bun tops are golden brown.
09 - Serve the Super Bowl Buffalo Chicken Sliders warm.
