# Ingredient List:

→ Beef

01 - 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced (or sirloin)

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced
03 - 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
04 - 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Dairy

06 - 12 slices provolone cheese

→ Breads

07 - 12 slider rolls (soft dinner rolls or Hawaiian rolls)

→ Condiments & Seasonings

08 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
09 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
12 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
13 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

→ Topping

14 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
15 - 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (or parsley)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
02 - Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and bell peppers, then sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until they begin to soften. Incorporate the minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Transfer the cooked vegetables to a bowl and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Season generously with 1/2 teaspoon each of salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika (if using). Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the steak is just browned. Return the sautéed vegetables to the skillet and toss everything together to combine thoroughly. Remove the skillet from the heat.
04 - Carefully slice the slider rolls horizontally, ensuring they remain connected as a single unit. Place the bottom halves of the rolls on the prepared baking sheet. Layer half of the provolone cheese slices over the bottom rolls. Distribute the steak and vegetable mixture evenly over the cheese. Top with the remaining provolone slices, then cover with the top halves of the slider rolls.
05 - Brush the tops of the assembled sliders with the 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with 1 teaspoon of dried Italian herbs.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted and the tops of the rolls are golden brown. Allow the sliders to cool for 2 minutes before slicing them apart and serving warm.
