01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1–2 minutes, stirring halfway through, until smooth and melted.
03 - Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and the large egg to the melted cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly until a uniform dough forms.
04 - Transfer the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Using lightly oiled hands or a spatula, spread and flatten the dough into a 12-inch circle approximately 1/4-inch thick.
05 - Place in the oven and bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and develops a slight crisp at the edges.
06 - Remove the crust from the oven. Evenly spread tomato sauce over the crust, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese, and arrange pepperoni, olives, and bell pepper slices as desired.
07 - Return the pizza to the oven and bake for 7–8 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and fully melted.
08 - Remove from the oven, sprinkle with dried oregano or Italian herbs, slice, and serve immediately.
