# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, ground cinnamon (if using), and salt in a small mixing bowl.
03 - Brush both sides of each flour tortilla evenly with the melted butter. Sprinkle the cocoa-sugar blend over both sides.
04 - Stack the buttered tortillas and cut them into 8 wedges each; arrange the pieces in a single layer on the baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 8–10 minutes, flipping chips halfway through, until crisp. Allow to cool completely.
06 - In a medium bowl, combine diced strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, and apple. Drizzle with lime juice and honey or maple syrup. Add chopped mint if desired. Toss gently to distribute.
