01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, thyme, dill, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush the marinade evenly over each fillet.
04 - Optionally, arrange lemon slices on top of the salmon fillets.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is just opaque in the center.
06 - Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh dill or parsley, and serve immediately.
