01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
02 - Arrange the halibut fillets in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Spoon the garlic butter sauce evenly over the halibut fillets.
05 - Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork (internal temperature should reach 135–140°F).
06 - Garnish with lemon wedges and extra parsley if desired. Serve immediately.
